- Can investigate and troubleshoot technical issues with the guidance of senior team members.
- Has project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation.
- Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
- Experience in the following: Personal Administration, Payroll, Organisational Management, Time Management or Time Evaluation.
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the SAP HCM module.
- Experience with integration to other systems, i.e., SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP MM.
- Experience of functional design.
- Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role.
- Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to clients.
