Our client within the Automotive industry is seeking a Franchise Manager to join their team in JHB North. This will be a permanent opportunity. The Franchise Manager will play a crucial role in managing franchise operations, maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, and ensuring seamless communication between the corporate office and our franchise network. This position involves coordinating new store openings, supporting relocations, handling franchise agreements, and overseeing the execution of brand policies to ensure consistency and quality across all franchise locations.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- SLA’s and Franchise Agreements
- Handling Franchise Applications
- Vetting Store Openings, Closures and Relocations
- Log and process franchise marketing claims and advertising
- Maintain Franchise policies
- Relay brand related franchise information
Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related field
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Franchise Manager and Operations
- Familiar with Franchise Agreements, SLA’s and Compliance
- Experience with Procedures and Policies related to Franchising
