REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous 3 5 years of experience in a similar role Fast and Accurate data capturing skills Excellent typing skills Good computer literacy Able to multi-task effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Communication skills in English and Afrikaans DUTIES Coordinate project tasks related to orders Answer incoming enquiries from clients Manage email orders, updates and changes Coordinate between Production Manager, the Director and administration staff Ensure a seamless flow of information from start of production to finished products Organize and prioritize tasks, multi-tasking in all areas of administration duties Supplier Invoices Setting up payments for the Director Gather feedback to ensure timely completion of projects.
