ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic provider of Software Solutions, Services & Training in Joburg seeks a highly skilled & self-driven Presales Consultant with a minimum of 3 years work experience preferably with software solutions and who should ideally have experience within the GRC software implementation space. You will lead solution designs, presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers, own and complete product and information security responses for RFPs/RFIs while securing from customer staff commitments needed to ensure a deals technical win. The successful incumbent must have Matric/Grade 12, a suitable Bachelors Degree, 3 years work experience in a similar role with the ability to demonstrate expertise across Diligent solutions to qualify or win deals. DUTIES: Lead solution designs, presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers. Own the product and technical aspects of sales engagements to achieve successful outcomes. Work closely with a variety of teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other content contributors and resources. Proactively scope the solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for the customer. Contextualize the value of solutions to clients through value-driven presentations and demonstrations. Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements. Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the company and the prospect. Adapt solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. Own and complete product and information security responses for RFPs/RFIs. Secure from customer staff commitments needed to ensure a deals technical win. Meet assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or other teams supported. Provide coaching and professional development to team members and sales colleagues in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills. Partner with the Sales team and maintain a productive and positive relationship. Contribute to team sales quotas. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned timeframe. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. Relevant Bachelor's Degree. Experience/Skills At least 3 years of experience in a Presales Consulting role, preferably software solutions. Demonstrates expertise across Diligent solutions to qualify or win deals. Excellent presentation abilities to all levels in a business i.e., Tech/ C-level. Ideally have experience in the GRC software implementation space. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure. Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects and clients, without dropping-the-ball. Well-spoken and presentable. ATTRIBUTES: Demonstrate a passion for the products and the domain.
