Your Role: As a Post Investment Associate, you will be at the heart of our investment strategy. You will take the reins in conducting post-investment due diligence and meticulous monitoring of investments within your allocated portfolio. Your astute financial analysis and project management skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our investments.
Required Experience/Skills:
- At least 5 years' deal-making/investment experience: Your seasoned expertise in deal-making will be crucial as you navigate the intricacies of post-investment management.
- Strong Project Management and Corporate Finance/Venture Capital experience: Your robust background in project management and finance will empower you to excel in this role.
- Completed Articles or Strong Audit Experience: Your auditing prowess will bring a meticulous attention to detail to your work.
- Good Working Knowledge of Key Commercial Statutes and Regulations: Your familiarity with commercial laws and regulations will guide your decision-making.
- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Proficiency in financial modeling and interpretation of statements will enable you to make informed investment decisions.
- Portfolio Management Expertise: A proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios post-investment is essential.
- Industry Sector Diversity: Your experience across various industry sectors will provide a well-rounded perspective on investments.
- Portfolio Risk Analysis: Your ability to assess and manage portfolio risks will contribute to our strategic decisions.
- Advanced PC Skills: Mastery of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for effective communication and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree - minimum B.Com. in Business and Finance or Accounting.
