Our client, a renowned luxury brand known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer experience, is looking to appoint a dynamic Head of HR to drive the company’s people strategy, enhance employee engagement, and lead organisational development initiatives.
The Head of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture and ensuring that their talent management strategies align with the company's vision and growth prospects. We are seeking a seasoned professional who will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture through effective employee engagement practices, robust learning and development programs, and strategic change management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Min Bachelor’s Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial company
- Proven track record in employee engagement , organizational development , and change management.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR needs and contribute to business planning.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and enhance employee experience.
Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify organizational development needs and create tailored solutions.
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement individual growth plans for employees, aligning with business goals.
Learning and Development:
- Establish a robust learning and development framework to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Promote a culture of learning through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
Performance Management:
- Enhance performance management systems to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.
HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
