Key Responsibilities: - Upload and manage sales orders within the planning file.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to align on customer requirements and compile production plans with 3rd party packers and the Springs Packing Plant.
- Maintain and update the tanker plan with bulk tanker requirements.
- Communicate production schedules to 3rd party packers and the Springs Packing Plant.
- Conduct and attend weekly production planning meetings with various stakeholders.
- Calculate and monitor packaging material demand, create purchase requisitions for packaging and 3rd party manufacturers.
- Maintain, update, and adjust production plans as necessary.
- Compile and report on weekly stock cover, PVA reports, and supplier blend demand.
- Notify suppliers of oil requirements, plan product trial dates, and ensure accurate SAP data alignment with 3rd party stock.
- Lead monthly stock takes and close out open purchase orders.
Qualifications: - National Diploma in Production and Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Experience: - 35 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
