We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team and lead the customer experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong ability to manage teams, and a keen eye for detail. As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant area, bar, and kitchen, while maintaining a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, runners and bartenders. Ensure excellent Customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and by maintaining high service standards. Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal guest experience. Monitor and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area, bar, and smoking section. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, always striving to improve the guest experience. Maintain inventory and ensure front-of-house supplies are stocked and well-organized. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently. Assist with scheduling and shift management, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times. Uphold company policies, health and safety standards at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in Pilot POS system is a pre-requisite. Basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite). A passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence. Desired Attributes: Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
