Purpose The purpose of the position is to create, maintain and deliver product knowledge strategy within the scope, time and budget in a cost effective manner. Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Planning Organize and prepare for demand planning process Forecasting Management of statistical forecasts Perform new product volumes forecasting Developing the statistical forecasts for Critical Care products, and improving forecast accuracy Utilizing analytics to identify forecasting/demand issues and their root causes, then leverage 6-sigma techniques to drive process improvements Long Term Inventory Global Supply Chain Portal (GSCP) supply plan review Channel Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) analysis Issue resolution to customers ON Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) and Continuous Planning Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) meetings Perform Estimated Quotation Limit (EQL) model management Supporting the Critical Care S&OP process Continuously developing tools, reports and analytics necessary to support the Critical Care Supply Chain organization Analyzing business/customer requirements, identify opportunities, develop project plans, and spearhead the implementation performance improvement projects Related Job Requirements/ Qualifications Technical Skills: Analytical Strategic approach to resolve challenges Problem solving skills Project management In Depth Product and Retail Business Knowledge Ms Office Suite (Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Required Experience 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position Previous product management or related experience Knowledge of Supply Chain/ Marketing management Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). All at advanced level FMCG experience will be an advantage
