We are currently hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) for a crucial assignment. For this role, candidates must reside within a 20-30 minute journey from the specified postcodes. We are currently accepting non-drivers so if you do not drive this is not an issue.
Requirements:
You must have your own vehicle with business insurance (mileage can be claimed).
Driving flexibility required, with no more than 9 points on your license.
No prior experience needed-full training will be provided!
Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will:
Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team during daily tasks
Assist in the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communication
Provide exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
What You'll Bring:

DBS clearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Assignment Details:
Working Pattern: Up to 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Coverage is required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The majority of shifts are from 4 pm to 2 am (7.5-hour shift length). Shifts are issued based on business needs and cannot be chosen by preference.
Training: 1-day online training and induction provided
