Role Overview- Input absences into the Scheduling Software, assist with forward rostering across all portfolios.
- Communicate with Operations Managers regularly regarding staff absences/lateness.
- Communicate with all service providers daily regarding fulfilment requirements.
- Communicate and confirm a shift on the system for employees who struggle to use company APP.
- Monitor volunteers on the system and inform Operation Managers where gaps can be filled.
- Check and report any fatigue management with the Operations Manager
- Cover any leave/ absence/ emergency within the department.
- Use required systems per business needs.
- Advise officers on correct procedures for Booking on/Annual Leave/Complaints
- Direct Officers to the correct Operations managers for internal issues
- Inform the Operations manager of any issues raised by employees.
- Undertake any Adhoc duties requested by the operations team.
