Have you got supervisory and/or team leadership experience in a gym, leisure centre or other recreation / fitness environment e.g. spa, swim or similar? As Duty Manager you will be a keyholder for the centre, responsible for running open / close / mid shifts. Also supervising a team of lifeguards and leisure assistants.
