We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) HR Controlling and HR for our head office in Mannheim.
- Assist in the collection, definition, analysis, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR sustainability initiatives.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of HR metrics and KPIs.
- Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in the optimization of HR processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR controlling and sustainability.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Controlling, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (german / english)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in HR practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
