A very Large Leading Law Firm based in Umhlanga is looking for a Legal Secretary who has a minimum of 5 years' Legal Secretary experience in a Law Firm.
Requirements (Education and Experience):
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Paralegal / Legal Secretarial qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a legal secretary within a law firm
Skills (Know-How Job Related Skills Required to Complete Activities):
- Knowledge of CMS / Adarant
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Billback
- Knowledge of basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Knowledge of FICA
