3rd Line Support Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our technical team and handle complex escalation cases with proficiency in Microsoft technologies and MSP environments.
The Role:
In this role, you will address high-level technical challenges, particularly escalated issues involving Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, and Desktop environments, within an MSP framework. Your expertise will not only support our internal teams but also enhance our service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve advanced technical issues escalated by 1st and 2nd line support teams, particularly in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, and Desktop environments.
- Manage and maintain MSP tools and platforms to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with IT and client management teams to design and implement system improvements and integrations.
- Provide expert advice and technical guidance to both clients and internal teams.
- Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of client and server systems.
- Document all actions and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in a 3rd Line Support role within an MSP environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, and Desktop operating systems.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT systems and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18000,00 - R25000,00 per month

- Diploma (Preferred)

- Windows Desktop OS: 3 years (Required)
