Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Strong understanding of the citrus or fresh produce market is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess market trends, and develop strategic approaches.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Computer literate with experience in Social Media marketing and online sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
