Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in crafting unique and memorable dining experiences
Lead the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes with an artistic flair
Maintain exceptional food safety and quality standards
Contribute to menu planning, costing, and stock management to ensure efficiency
Inspire, train, and support kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury lodge environment
A strong passion for creativity in the kitchen, with a keen eye for presentation
Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and menu development
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
