Position Overview: In this senior position, you will oversee our overall Change Management Service ensuring that compliance and performance metrics meet agreed standards. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Change Managers.
Responsibilities: In this role, you can expect to be involved with: - Service Oversight:
Oversee the overall operation of the Change Management service.
Ensure all change management processes are followed correctly by team members.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs and policies. - Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of change managers.
Provide training and development opportunities to improve team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Building:
Act as the primary point of escalation for any issues related to change management.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior executives, customer representatives, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate effective communication between the change management team and other departments. - Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Regularly review change management processes recommending improvements using appropriate tools.
Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency/effectiveness practices.
Qualifications & Experience: The right candidate for this role will have:
- Professional experience of enacting and managing Change Management within an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Experience managing process-driven teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- An ITIL Foundation qualification (can be either version 3 or version 4).
Hybrid working: This hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month. Each team within our organization can decide how to implement this policy.
