Job Title: Agricultural Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our maize harvesting and planting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of agricultural staff
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of large combine harvesters and planting equipment
- Develop and implement strategies for improving crop yields and reducing costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture
- Proven experience with maize
- Valid drivers license
