Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in any field.
- 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in seeking out, cultivating, and closing major B2B partnerships.
- Experience in affinity marketing/business strategy.
- Ability to accommodate global travel and flexible working hours.
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to show ownership and commitment.
- Exercises confidentiality and discretion.
- Promotes cultural competency and global awareness.
- Exceptional communication skills.
