A software company based in Cape Town, is looking for a Senior NodeJS Engineer to join their team This is a Remote role Skills Required · senior back-end JavaScript (NodeJS) engineer with 5 years of solid experience in a web application-based environment. The Role: · 80% Backend development using NodeJS and the Nest.js Framework. · 20% MySQL, Kubernetes, AWS (EKS). Experience Required: · Solid NodeJS background · Solid backend web server API design background · Good understanding of container based/cloud environments such as Kubernetes and working in an environment where your production application may restart from time to time.
