Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly cashbooks , ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for accounts, statements, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and analyze Balance Sheets (BS) and Income Statements (IS) , providing insight into financial performance.
- Calculate and track landed costs for inventory and imports, optimizing pricing and profitability.
- Produce accurate financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide support in handling invoices , expenses , and receivables to maintain client accounts in a well-organized manner.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within a consulting environment, ideally with FMCG clients.
- Proven expertise in cashbook management, reconciliations, and financial reporting .
- Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and landed costs for comprehensive financial oversight.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
