Key responsibilities:
Operations: - Office & Facilities Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, manage facility maintenance, and optimize office space.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee office supply levels, equipment maintenance, and timely replenishment of resources.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and track performance of vendors for office supplies and events.
- Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and improve workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for operations and events.
- Compliance with Health and Safety Protocols: Maintain adherence to safety protocols and conduct risk audits.
- Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, travel arrangements, and onboarding assistance, supporting overall staff needs.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare reports on operational and financial activities
Events: - Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute marketing and company events, ensuring smooth logistics (guest lists, venues, catering, etc.).
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, manage event logistics, and oversee event marketing efforts.
- Post-Event Analysis: Prepare feedback and reports for continuous improvement of future events.
Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage projects and vendors.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and event planning tools.
