The role is accountable for the administration, implementation and monitoring of the remuneration, reporting on employee costs and related, employee benefits, job grading policies, procedures and systems in support of the overall Group remuneration philosophy.
Critical experience:
- 5 years remuneration and benefits experience (Essential) of which 2 years job grading experience (Essential).
- 2 years Payroll experience (Essential)
- 2 years reporting experience (Essential)
- PowerBI experience
Experience:
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- 3 years tertiary qualification in HR Related field (Essential)
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification (Essential).
Technical competencies/ Professional expertise:
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodology and principles
- Knowledge of benchmarking techniques
- Knowledge of research methodology
- Knowledge of Payroll & HR Systems
- Knowledge of Tax and Labour Legislation
- Survey administration techniques
- Microsoft Office
