Minimum Requirements: - Minimum of 3 to 5 yearsâ experience in Automotive Manufacturing Training and Development
- Degree or Diploma in Operations Management or Electrical | Mechatronics | Industrial Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of developing standard and customised training content and material, including technical and digital content aligned to product and production processes
- Experience with planning learning events, programs and training solutions or frameworks
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment
- Stable track record and contactable references
