Africa's leading online music service is looking for a Senior BDM to join their team.
Incumbent will drive revenue growth by developing multinational Joint-Business plans for the company and market leading brands that operate across Sub Saharan Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Sub Saharan Africa.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, clients and partners.
- Close deals with large organizations, telecommunications companies, and other potential partners.
- Proven experience in business development within the African market.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Pan-African business development with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Understanding of the music streaming industry and the African market.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
- Minimum 8 years experience in selling digital products, sales and pipeline management.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
- Established networks across Africa in the advertising and marketing landscape.
- Analytical mindset that seeks to understand client needs and challenges.
