Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping, to ensure the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
- Manage the restaurant's culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate and execute flawless events, conferences, and weddings, from initial planning stages to on-site execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role, preferably in a 5-star lodge or luxury resort setting.
