A well-established college in Benoni is seeking a Bookkeeper.
Requirements:
Able to do bookkeeping up to trial balance.
Experience in working on Simple Pay and QuickBooks.
Own car + drivers licence.
Roles and responsibilities
The successful applicant will have experience in the following:
- Administration of Salaries and Wages on Simple Pay
- Extensive knowledge required on Simple pay and Quick books software
- Proven experience in performing account trail balancing
- Proven experience in performing bank reconciliations
- Proven experience in balancing Debtors and Creditors accounts
- Proven experience in month end reporting
- Loading payments to different banks (Experience with Standard Bank would be preferrable)
- Proven experience in generating invoicing, statements and Credit notes
