The After Market Manager is responsible for effectively managing Service and Customer support in the After Market department to grow customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting into the Engineering Director, the After Market Manager will:
- Oversee the customer support process, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective assistance after purchasing
a product or service, - Resolve any problems or issues that arise post-sale, whether they involve product defects, delivery delays, or dissatisfaction with the service provided.
- Lead a team of Workshop and Field service Supervisors and Managers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the aftersales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they remain satisfied with the company's products and services.
- Liaise with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyse data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
This role will suit an After Market Manager who has a Mechanical Engineering background with 10 years of experience in a similar role and environment. Someone who has worked with Mining clients and can apply their technical knowledge to achieve superior customer service and satisfaction. A manager who is adept at operations but can apply strategic thinking and work collaboratively.
