About the Role
The Integrator is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the company’s business operations and strategic initiatives. This role is designed to harmonise various departments—such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and administration—ensuring the company achieves its business objectives. As the Integrator, you will work closely with the Visionary (CEO equivalent in EOS) to translate strategic vision into actionable steps and lead the team in operational excellence.
Although this is a flexible position, the responsibility it carries is crucial to the company’s success. The Integrator will be evaluated not by hours worked but by achieving key outcomes, including operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment and Execution
Collaborate with the Visionary to turn high-level strategies into functional operational plans.
Ensure all departments work cohesively toward the company’s overarching goals, from client acquisition to successful project delivery.
Oversee business processes, ensuring they are aligned with both strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and Team Integration
Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving business commitments.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and alignment with business goals.
Mentor department heads to ensure their objectives are aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Operations Management
Develop and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and streamline project lifecycles.
Oversee the company’s CRM, ERP, and operational systems for enhanced scalability and productivity.
Monitor key business performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
Financial Oversight and Risk Management
Work closely with the finance department to ensure budgetary compliance and financial objectives are met.
Regularly review and assess the company’s financial performance, risk profiles, and service offerings.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and investors.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering efficient and transparent services.
Address any operational challenges that could impact client service or business growth.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Implement technological solutions that enhance business performance and operational effectiveness.
Work Environment and Flexibility
This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. While the majority of work may be done remotely, the Integrator must be willing to come into the office and travel whenever necessary to meet business needs. There is no fixed requirement on the number of days in the office, but the individual must exercise sound judgment to ensure their presence when needed. No additional compensation will be provided for in-office days.
The nature of the role means the Integrator is not tied to a traditional 45-hour workweek but is expected to deliver high-level strategic leadership and operational oversight. The role demands flexibility, with working hours determined by the needs of the business and key projects
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leadership in a complex, professional services environment.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and operational platforms.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and business performance analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
