The primary objective of the position will be to assemble motors, couplings, cooling systems, baseplacte, combinations of complex client specific requirements.
The candidate should be familiar with using complex measurement equipment, able to read engineering drawings and be mathematically sounds.
A hands on person is required that is able to follow standard assembly routings, have technical competence and maintain quality standards.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of ISO standards.
Requirements:
Trade test (fitter and turner or equivalent)
Formal training in the assembly and handling of mechanical equipment
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Access to transport
The ability of interface well with people, subordinates, co-workers, and management
An understanding of and passion for customer service
The ability to work in a pressurised environment.
Willing to go the extra mile.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to read engineering drawings.
Able to read engineering measurement equipment.
A valid driving-, forklift and crane license will be advantageous
