The ideal candidate will build organizational systems from the ground up and be comfortable taking on diverse tasks, with plans to grow and lead a team. Be a leader in business operations to oversee systems management, finance, hiring, and act as second-in-command in a growing startup.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Travel, Rates and Finances is very beneficial!
- Over 7 years experience in Operations with a strong background in CRM software.
- Preference for candidates with Management Experience and a proven track record of launching projects.
- Seeking a proactive individual who can independently tackle challenges and develop the operational handbook.
- Experience managing quantitative data and finance systems is a plus, as this role involves handling significant data across currencies and invoicing.
- Must use initiative to optimize processes in order to enhance client and partner services.
Candidate Duties:
- Build and implement organizational systems, automation tools, and reporting methods to enhance efficiency in travel bookings and client experience.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all projects.
- Use data and analytics to assess operational performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions.
- Manage company finances, creating reports to summarize revenue and expenses.
- Establish and oversee operational budgets, monitor spending, and implement cost-saving measures for financial optimization.
- Develop and manage the hiring strategy and oversee future recruitment processes.
This full-time position offers significant growth opportunities, initially requiring in-person collaboration but transitioning to a hybrid role.
