Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in payments or retail
Familiarity with Agile principles, not strictly bound by Scrum conventions
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and leadership qualities
Developed customer-centric products from inception to post-launch
Led diverse teams, collaborating with architects, engineers, designers, and data analysts
Emphasized product outcomes over outputs, driving product KPIs
