Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Technical Manager to oversee technical operations within their Agriculture Division. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance agricultural productivity through resource optimization, equipment performance improvement, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the division's technical and operational processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, providing oversight and guidance across multiple operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting negotiations and cost management.
- Manage technical aspects of annual budgets and ensure operations meet quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks, oversee stock orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle and fleet management, ensuring maintenance schedules and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Group technical team on fleet disposal and purchases.
- Review and analyze weekly and monthly reports, providing corrective action recommendations to divisional leadership.
