Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate pumps and ensure fuel levels are accurate.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming forecourt environment.
- Provide basic vehicle checks, including oil, tire pressure, and windshield cleaning.
- Promote in-store products and services (e.g., car washes, convenience store items).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the station is well-stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
