Job description:
The Stores department currently has a vacancy for an attentive to detail, process-driven individual to join their team. The Stores Administrator`s primary purpose is to provide administrative support to the department. He/she will also be required to:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generate Catalogue purchase requests on Fraxion.
- Generate Purchase requests on Fraxion
- Forward all Purchase Orders received from Procurement Department to relevant suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis on all outstanding orders and partly supplied orders.
- Process invoices on Fraxion
- Verify and process on Fraxion the monthly invoice for staff transport
- Filing
- Capture daily diesel usage
- Conduct daily cycle counts and year-end stock takes
- Scan sick certificates and email to Group Stores Manager for processing
- Liaise with HR to coordinate departmental training and skills development
- Notify HR daily on monthly employees absenteeism
- Prepared to work overtime when required
- Perform any other duties assigned to you
- Housekeeping
- Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Acta

Qualifying criteria:
- Matric/Grade 12 (essential) with Accountancy or Mathematics
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Fraxion)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
