Job Title: SEO Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY
A South African digital services provider, partnering with French and international companies to elevate their online presence, are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join their team and drive targeted traffic for clients across more than 15 brands and three continents.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, supported by two SEO assistants
- Collaborate closely with the Web Design and Communications teams to align efforts with business objectives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance
- Produce monthly SEO reports (traffic, leads, performance, keywords, etc.)
- Conduct and monitor keyword research
- Develop content strategies to boost traffic, lead generation, and conversions
- Manage and implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Matomo Analytics
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics
- Manage and update Google/Bing Business Profile listings
- Plan and manage campaigns on Instagram and Facebook
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an SEO Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Microsoft Excel, Keyword Hero)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Native-level fluency in English or French
