well-established company , catering to the automotive, industrial, and heavy machinery sectors, is on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on
Group Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their dynamic team on a
permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the
complete financial function of the business, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and driving overall financial performance .
Duties: - Manage the full financial function, including monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
- 5 to 10 years of post-articles experience, preferably from the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing the full financial function.
