The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Digital Performance teams across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions and strategies for our clients. This role requires you to develop best-in-class strategies and management across the Performance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Performance Heads, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach
- Lead digital conversations, strategies, and relationships with clients and media brands
- Works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
- Plans account and growth opportunities, working closely with the client, team, and media brands
- Provides day-to-day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input within all Paid Media platforms.
- Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
- Project manages digital projects and ensures relationships with external stakeholders and engagement with staff are all managed effectively.
- Owns and manages platform strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
- Critical focus on strategic reporting requirements and analysis (monthly/quarterly across Pods)
- Drives performance and efficiencies across Paid Media platforms through implementation
- Identifies and tests new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Makes sure the measurement plan is focused on key business objectives for client and accountability on reaching the KPI’s.
- Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
- Provides accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via campaign reporting and analysis
Data & Technology:
- Works closely with Data & Tech team to share improved ideas, feedback on team & present results.
- Supports clients to ensure they are maturing and getting the very most from their technologies and data
- Supports the development and maintenance of productive relationships with technology vendors incl. Google
- Supports the product offering pertaining to Holistic Search and AI
- Supports the development of new services and processes to ensure our clients receive the best support and we maintain our competitive advantage
Client Service:
- Ensures the teams are efficiently conducting day-to-day management of their accounts
- Manages client relationships and expectations
- Deadline and project management
- Strategy guidance and input in order to drive the business objectives.
- Responsible for the quality of work completed by you and your team.
- Ensures teams are delivering monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by you and your team.
- Attends key client and media brand meetings
- Supports and drives the teams in the development of key client growth strategies in line with broader business objectives, driving output and agency collaboration
- Drives effective collaboration across Media Brand teams.
Commercial and service ownership:
- Oversees the management of budget spend and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Drives growth and profit by ensuring seamless delivery
- Manages finances in compliance with related policies and procedures
- Revenue growth in upselling projects and tools and new business
