To manage, steer and implement effective product development and user experience processes, create, manage and deliver on the product strategies, product roadmap, and backlog. Ensure the profitability and sustainability of the product portfolio.
Position Description
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for assigned product portfolio.
- Oversee product enhancement projects and new initiatives in line with UX and design thinking principles.
- Define product business requirements and specifications.
- Build and manage the product backlog in line with roadmaps and provide clear guidelines to the delivery team.
- Define and maintain the product value proposition.
- Contribute to the implementation of an effective product library and document storage.
- Ensure effective operational product support agreements in place with the Senior ICT Operations Manager.
- Contribute to effective sales, marketing, and communication strategies.
Product Portfolio Profitability and Sustainability
- Contribute to sustainable pricing solutions.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of assigned product portfolio.
Market and Trend Analysis
- Identify correct audience for current and new product initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities, markets, and needs.
- Identify legislative requirements impacting on products and current markets/clients.
- Identify industry developments that may impact on current markets and products.
- Monitor trends in current customer markets.
Product Compliance
- Develop, implement and monitor effective compliance processes for identified compliance risks.

- Identify and report on potential risks to current products, markets, and/or environments.

Knowledge and Skills
Formal Education
- Business Related Bachelor's Degree
- MBA will be an advantage
