Introduction:
Our client is looking for a motivated Junior IT Project Administrator to join their dynamic IT and Cybersecurity team. This entry-level position offers significant growth opportunities within their specialized product lines and a clear path towards roles in Cyber Risk and Compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of IT experience; additional experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to mediate disagreements competently and negotiate a win-win resolution for all parties.
- Client-focused (both internal and external clients).
- Strong ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and skilled in active listening.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Team player with a knack for problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of IT Cyber Security Products.
Responsibilities:
- Working with project team members to gain a high-level understanding of business processes, guiding the team in making appropriate decisions for the project that will drive improvements and provide value to the customer and the organization.
- Lead multiple teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs, demonstrating consistent results.
- Knowledge of constraints and methods for defining and demonstrating the company’s platform functionality.
- Develop detailed project schedules inclusive of all in-scope development, installation, and integration schedule activities, as well as explicit and implicit out-of-scope milestones impacting project execution.
- Perform Quality Assurance.
- Set and meet deadlines and priorities in a structured way, following the project management process.
- Develop project documentation as required, create and implement a communication plan, schedule regular meetings, and ensure all parties are well informed.
- Attend and actively participate in customer meetings, ensuring detailed understanding and proactive handling of their IT needs.
- Prepare detailed customer reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure consistent client communication.
- Assist in the management of helpdesk support calls, including analysis, assignment, and escalation.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes, with a strong focus on creating positive client experiences and exceeding expectations.
