A recently opened Night Club and restaurant seeks to employ a competent Night Club GM. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED and you are required to provide contactable references from your last two employers:
- Degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a similar environment.
- Strong admin skills, operations skills, and time management skills.
- The role involves overseeing all departments - must have a high level working knowledge of Night Club Management.
- Experienced on platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
- Exceptional Food & Beverage and Banqueting knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Labour Law and disciplinary procedures.
- A passion for training staff.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must agree to background and credit check.
- Shift work - 6 days a week.
