Primary Function:
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive monthly sales growth and achieve targets within your assigned territory.
- Foster strong relationships with retailers and pharmacies to promote and sell our range of products.
- Actively grow the sales of all customers in your territory through in-store promotions, marketing, and merchandising.
- Forward Planning:
- Ensure punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Work on a rostered shift basis to ensure coverage and presence in allocated stores.
- Territory Coverage:
- Regular servicing of key stores in your territory, ensuring they are visited as per the required frequency to maximize sales opportunities.
- Time Management:
- Accurately log working hours and shifts using company systems, ensuring compliance with procedures for clocking in and out.
- Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with management, responding promptly to emails and other business communications.
- Proactively address any issues or shift changes with timely notice.
