• Oversee kitchen staff and training
• Monitor food cost, waste, and efficiency to optimize the kitchen's operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety regulations
