Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager (with emphasis on Guest experience) to take responsibility for overseeing the front desk operations. You will be responsible for the reception and retail areas, coordinate diaries and therapists, while ensuring efficient and effective administration of the facility.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the reception and retail areas.
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth administration.
- Supervising staff and handling customer inquiries and feedback.
- Managing online reputation and confirming bookings.
- Financial management and inventory handling.
- Building client relationships and promoting spa services.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- A Business Administration qualification or spa industry experience.
- Proficiency in ESP software.
- At least 2 years in the wellness industry.
- Leadership experience and computer literacy are essential.
- Opera Software experience is advantageous.
- Flexibility for shifts is required.
