Roles Available: Event Assistant
Show Dates: 5th December - 24th December 2024
Accredited Living Wage Employer - £13.50 hourly
- Act as the eyes and ears of the event so a happy, friendly and festive persona is essential.
- Stewarding the site to aid guests with queries or directions, acting as a point of contact.
- You may be required to scan entry tickets and be the first face of the event.
- You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift.
- Please note all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all of the shift.
There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow:
- You will be available for a minimum of 10 show dates across the run
- You will be required to be flexible between roles.
- You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.
Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
There is no access by public transport. No accommodation is provided. Parking TBC.
