Job Description:
As the Financial Manager, your duties include the following:
Lead financial planning and analysis
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making
Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Prepare financial statements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Present detailed management reports
Be involved in the audit process
Ensure the integrity of financial reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years post-article experience
Strong background of IFRS 16 implementation
Advanced Excel skills
Qualification:
Newly qualified CA(SA)
