Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients in the financial sector, understanding their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier finance candidates (e.g., CFOs, analysts, accountants, and financial controllers).
- Use market intelligence to advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
- Negotiate job offers between clients and candidates to ensure a successful placement.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive business development and account management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in finance or professional services.
- A deep understanding of financial markets and the roles within them.
- Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Be a hunter. Generate new business.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident working with high-level clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a passion for success.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
