Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of four handymen.This role requires proven experience in building maintenance, and the ideal candidate should have a plumbing qualification, a valid driver''s license, and a matric certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee general building repairs, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are followed and any urgent repairs are attended to promptly.
- Be on standby at all times and available for weekend call-outs.
- Proven experience in building maintenance and supervision.
- Plumbing qualification.
- Valid drivers license.
- Matric qualification.
- Willingness to be on standby and work on weekends when required.
- Own transportation (use of company vehicle or petrol reimbursement provided).
