JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lawyer within our project-based opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in legal services. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific project but may include:
- Intelligent Review/eDiscovery: Conducting comprehensive document review and analysis.
- Utilising advanced technology and legal expertise for efficient data management.
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and analysing commercial contracts.
- Financial Services - Banking and Finance Law: Collaborating with financial institutions on legal matters; Analysing regulatory and compliance issues in the banking and finance sector.
REQUIREMENTS
- A law degree from a top tertiary institution.
- Admitted Attorney with between 0-8 years of experience.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in legal technology and tools (for IR roles).
